Meet Chef Ntinos Fotinakis – Head Chef of Bungalow 7, Athens

Chef Ntinos Fotinakis is known for his warm hospitality and passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences. He leads Bungalow 7, a celebrated restaurant in Athens that offers a modern take on Greek cuisine while staying true to its roots.

At the heart of his philosophy is philoxenia—the Greek art of hospitality—making every guest feel like family, whether in Athens or abroad.

His love for cooking started early, shaped by Sunday gatherings at his grandmother’s house, where food was always at the centre of conversation.
